The Bad

A few guests who use wheelchairs had issues. For example, a couple of reviewers mentioned that the angle of the mirror in their bathroom was at an angle that made it difficult for someone in a chair to use. Another reviewer mentioned that the entrance to their guest room required an amount of pressure that would be difficult for a person in a chair to exert to open it.
A few quests noted that what was mentioned as a suite was a large room with a folding divider. Some guests took issue with this difference.
